With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Shannon is dedicated to helping local businesses, county government and education institutions leverage technology to achieve their goals. As part of the Nex-Tech team, Shannon is committed to delivering scalable, customized IT solutions that manage, maintain, and support clients' entire IT infrastructures. Shannon's approach is centered on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the right tools and support to protect and properly equip their day to day needs through technology.
Shannon is also very active in his local community ranging from a Sunday school teacher to the founding board member of Walk His Way, LTD, a 501-c3 organization based in Smith County committed to hosting free faith-based events. Shannon has been married to Kristi for 33 years and together they have three grown children, Weston, Shelton and Hannah.
