SIEM (Security Incident Event Management) is a solution that will help you identify behaviors on your network that are out of the ordinary. Core components of the network such as a server and firewall produce a ton of logs. Those logs are analyzed by a SIEM system and will report and alert on anything it deems suspicious or abnormal. User accounts are also monitored so that any settings or policies that are in place remain in place. If changes are made, alerts are sent.
